Hi Doc , Can hiv positive male who is undetectable viral load pass the hiv to female partner if he doesn't use any protection ?

No.. If its undetectable then u dont pass it to others, but proper testing needs to be done to rule out undetectable... Take proper counseling to clear all ur doubts
