Came here not knowing what to expect. Got his referral from the internet. The one thing that convinced me that he could be the right Doctor was the ratings and reviews about him. The only criteria we wanted in a Doctor is his willingness to hear us out fully without being judgemental. Since the patient was a senior citizen, we were all the more sceptical about changing to a new doctor. All that vanished into thin air when we met the doctor for the first time. The doctor and staff were very friendly and approachable. The front desk staff picked up every single call that we made. The patient is showing wonderful progress under his care and guidance. We are extremely satisfied with this doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is out there that wants to be heard patiently. Kudos Doctor. YOU ARE GREAT!!!

I am a US Citizen in mid-50s who was in perfect physical health and enjoying a senior executive role when one night I just could not sleep followed by a 2nd sleepless night. Those two nights triggered an anxiety around "will I be able to sleep" and it spiraled out of control. After a month of torturous inability to sleep and coinciding with a India trip, I researched online and found Dr Arun.

Starting with the first call to Prasanth (Doctor's assistant) to every single interaction with the Doctor and his office, my experience was consistently superlative. Prasanth exemplifies professionalism and is thorough and prompt in his follow ups.

Dr Arun takes the time to understand the background and inspires confidence and trust with his demeanor. He made it clear from the first interaction that there is no magic pill and medication was only part of the solution. He helped identify the work I need to do consciously including mindfulness and meditation.

I am completely off medication after 6 months (and the dosage was minimal to begin with) and enjoying my previous quality of life.

I am so glad to have found Dr Arun and his expertise.

We were looking to go to a Doctor for mental health since my husband was having some negative thoughts and it started to get bad. It went to a point were our daily was very difficult and he could not be happy and started

We were looking to go to a Doctor for mental health since my husband was having some negative thoughts and it started to get bad. It went to a point were our daily was very difficult and he could not be happy and started to doubt everything and anything and would avoid talking to everyone but for immediate family. We did know that it all started with work stress since we changed places and move to a new job but we were desperate for a solution. Finally after reading the reviews here (the main point why we are giving a review now) we called and booked an appointment. I appreciate Mr.Prasanth who understood the concern and gave us an time slot when someone cancelled. Although i had strong confidence, my husband was doubtful in the beginning. Dr.Arun did listen to both my husband and me in the first visit and he prescribed some medication to bring down the anxiety. Although there was improvement in the first week, there were some lows :( But after the 2nd visit - where the Dr gave an exercise - he did improve a lot. Dr.Arun said that he would be back to normal in 2-3 weeks and that gave us a LOT of confidence. Its been more than a month now and he is doing good. He is still taking his medicine and doing the exercise Dr gave, but we are a lot more positive!!! i do STRONGLY believe he will be completely recovered and be more open even after the prescriptions gets done. The other very good thing was that Dr.Arun is open to communication if there are any questions over phone/whatsapp (i believe Skype as well ) when he has the time. I am not sure what we would have done if we have not decided to go to him and i wouldn't want to even think that way - we were not at a very good phase in our life. We were lucky to approach him first and i would recommend Dr.Arun for Mental Health. You dont know that you are suffering until you are at the end of your breaking point - due to the lack of awareness and i wish/pray for anyone who are where we were a couple of months back to be given an opportunity to meet a Dr like Dr.Arun so that we all can be on the road to recovery and live a blissful life!
