The doctor is very friendly and Everytime if we consult he will clarify our doubts, which is related to our problems. My problem got cleared only by his treatment.

We were looking to go to a Doctor for mental health since my husband was having some negative thoughts and it started to get bad. It went to a point were our daily was very difficult and he could not be happy and started to doubt everything and anything and would avoid talking to everyone but for immediate family. We did know that it all started with work stress since we changed places and move to a new job but we were desperate for a solution. Finally after reading the reviews here (the main point why we are giving a review now) we called and booked an appointment. I appreciate Mr.Prasanth who understood the concern and gave us an time slot when someone cancelled. Although i had strong confidence, my husband was doubtful in the beginning. Dr.Arun did listen to both my husband and me in the first visit and he prescribed some medication to bring down the anxiety. Although there was improvement in the first week, there were some lows :( But after the 2nd visit - where the Dr gave an exercise - he did improve a lot. Dr.Arun said that he would be back to normal in 2-3 weeks and that gave us a LOT of confidence. Its been more than a month now and he is doing good. He is still taking his medicine and doing the exercise Dr gave, but we are a lot more positive!!! i do STRONGLY believe he will be completely recovered and be more open even after the prescriptions gets done. The other very good thing was that Dr.Arun is open to communication if there are any questions over phone/whatsapp (i believe Skype as well ) when he has the time. I am not sure what we would have done if we have not decided to go to him and i wouldn't want to even think that way - we were not at a very good phase in our life. We were lucky to approach him first and i would recommend Dr.Arun for Mental Health. You dont know that you are suffering until you are at the end of your breaking point - due to the lack of awareness and i wish/pray for anyone who are where we were a couple of months back to be given an opportunity to meet a Dr like Dr.Arun so that we all can be on the road to recovery and live a blissful life! I was visiting a famous doctor in chennai prior visting Agam clinic but I couldn't see any improvement in my mental health and the condition kept on relapsing when I discontinue the medicines and the doctor is also not understanding and patient enough to provide solutions. Totally frustrated. Finally Approached Dr. Arun after reading lot of good reviews online. Agam clinic is very soothing and provides a good atmosphere and highly approachable. Dr is very patient and a good listener. Understands issues and explains dos and don’ts very clearly. Also he don’t tag us with mental illness rather he explains Realistically how to change ones lifestyle and to have control and courage on oneself to build our confidence and a positive personality. That’s the one everybody yearns for. Also he gave good counsellings on marriage and suggested books and exercises which was highly beneficial. He’s truly emphatic and kind so it’s easy to gel with him. I highly recommend visiting to this clinic for people looking for a healthy mind..

I went to this amazing clinic for my mother who was at her wits end, crying with heart pounding, heart palpitations with bouts of anxiety and depression. She felt like even suiciding at times. She had been taking

high dose medicines from different other doctors she had seen for the last 12 years but the severity of her conditions hadnt changed nor her health improved all this while.

At this juncture, Dr. Arun came in as a blessing in disguise with his good human nature and gentle approach in treating my mother after just taking medicines for few days and following few things he asked my mother we could see a lot of good improvement in her condition . She was happy and there was no more palpitations she had for the last 12 years which was the main cause of her worry. She's improving and getting better with each passing day. Dr Arun Kumar easily understands the core of the problem. He tries his level best to carry the treatment without medicines. The solution the doctor provides is after a in-depth analysis of our condition and it is easily understandable ,which inturn gives us a lot of clarity on how to go ahead.
