Afraid of septoplasty
My nasal septum is deviated to left consequently causes trouble during sleep. Dr's have suggested surgery. I am in panic. Can I take zapiz. 25 for emergency?

Can't fall to sleep at night
Since last 3 days I am not able to fall to sleep at night. From 10 to 3 Pm I just try falling to sleep in vain. Never happened before ..this is the first time..I am yawning..but still not sleeping ..it is so frustrating also..the maid comes at 6 am so I am getting max 3 hours of sleep Feeling restless and frustrated pls help
Dizziness and Confusion
Hi, In January I had skin problems and diagnosed with Tinea. I was using Itraconazole 200 mg and Atarax 10 mg as prescribed by doctor. I continued them for 2 months. I started having sleeping issues so I consulted a Psychiatrist and due to my personal issues in life I was diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression in April. I'm using Serta 50, Restyl 0.5 and Zolfresh 10 mg. From last 1 month I'm feeling restless, sleeping issues, Dizziness, Shaking of hands and confusion. Please help me whom should I consult now.
Insomnia - Chronic and Debiliating
I have been under treatment for Sleeplessness for almost 5 Years Now. In this journey, like many people I was treated for anxiety and other psychosomatic conditions. I have taken numerous medicines as prescribed from time to time.. I will not list all those meds here otherwise you will judge me as someone diving deep in google and resorting to self-treatment, which is not true in my case. I have been patient enough and given good time to all the medicines and all the doctors I came across. I am not a case of treatment failure as my anxiety have been oartially cured in all these years though Insomnia still haunts. Now I am in pursuit of a psychiatrist who have deep interest and expertise in sleep medicines and handling difficult to treat cases of Anhedonia/OCD and Benzodiazapene dependence. I am seeking serious help. Regards

My brother is 29 year old and he is optometrist. he married last year . my brother's having overthinking problem. but he talking very good and talking very sensible. when he alon something is going on his mind seems like he thinking something his face expression is like he thinking very deeply. also he thinking he very smart and other fools always criticising to others since last 1 year he is not going job . when family asked to him about job he didn't reply anything but Going father restaurant and help them always surfing mobile . using Twitter and YouTube cricket and politics
