My son is 2 months old. he is top feeding. he is having gas problem. he does occational normal spit ups but hasnt for a long time. today sometimes back he did forceful vomiting from nose and mouth. he seems fine after that. is this type of vomiting a cause of concern? i gave him neopeptine drops..can anything else be given? please suggest

Dear parents,
Hold the baby bottle at 90degree so that only milk is sucked no air.
After feeding put the baby on left shoulder and pat just behind stomach level for 5mintues to burpe on back of the baby. Baby burp 3to5times.
Vomiting is due to improper burping.
