Pregnancy or not
I had unprotected sex on 7th Feb and I haven't had my periods yet. i had an ultrasound scan in which they use a machine on the Belly to show the pelvis. I had it on 12th April.
Will this report from 12th April be able to detect pregnancy, if I am pregnant? Because it has only been 2 months since I had unprotected sex

Ultrasound can detect pregnancy if your previous periods were regular. You can do a urine pregnancy test

If you have regular periods and last intercourse was on 7th Feb any ultrasound on 12th April would be able to pick up a pregnancy
