Hi Mam/Sir
I am 28 weeks pregnant and I have nausea and vomiting feeling the whole day.. I was asked to take PAN 40, Sompraz 40, Rantac 150 but nothing is helping..
And one of my gyneac prescribed Sompraz D 40.. is it safe during 28 weeks ? And will it help in nausea ?

They only treatment of nausea is small frequent meals and walk after every meal
Do not eat to the full capacity of your stomach always keep it a little empty
