Positive hcg blood test but...
My last period was April 21 2024...i took. Beta hcg on 20.05.24..its result 35.76...but today I. Feel. Like I. Got my period and I. Checked my vagina.. It's bleeds a drop... Pls tell me is there is any serious issue r is any other reason hcg will increase without pregnancy

Bhcg more than hundred is diagnostic of pregnancy
Pregnancy test should be done 24 hours after a skipped period
So in your case any test done before 22nd of May would be wrongly timed
You can repeat the titers

Most likely pregnancy was there
Either it is failing or suboptimally progressing
Can repeat beta hcg 48 hours after last report to confirm in absence of periods or in presence of only spotting
