Nutrition to regularise period
Hello, My daughter was put on regestrone 5mg x 2 times for 21 days because of prolonged periods, All the blood tests are normal, now the withdrawal bleeding is on heavier side with pain how to come out of this? I mean is it possible to resolve with nutrition? Thanks

Yes it is. Firstly make her have enough rest during her periods. Make her have hot fermentation to subside the pain and cramps. Give her cooling foods like watermelon, coconut water, Basil seeds soaked in water and so on.
