Hypothyroidism and weight loss
Hello sir/ maam Hope this message finds you well Im 27 year male having hypothyroidism an im gaining weight like anything i feel physically weak my physically stamina is also gone down im taking my thyroid medication regularly please suggest me how to lose weight and keep myself in a good body weight My current body weight is : 96kgs Height:5ft 10inch Please suggest me what i can do
