My father was having some anxiety and depression issues after the retirement. After few counselling sessions with Ms. Saumya, he is feeling better. She also talked to the family members to understand the issue better and

She also suggested to consult to our psychiatric doctor again about the doses of the medicines. She had also given the freedom to my father to call her when ever he felt significantly depressed.
