I am going through menopause,diabetes and weight gain, a phase every woman experiences, but I must say I am handling this stage of life very smoothly with the guidance of my nutritionist, Ms. Deepak Khera of D'FAB U.

Earlier, whenever I used to travel to my native place, I would feel exhausted and drained. But this time, I felt like a new version of myself—full of energy, efficiency, and with glowing skin. Many people approached me to ask what I had done to look and feel so different.

I am now free from body pains, acidity, and constant laziness, and I have also reduced weight and my diabetes is controlled. “I have learnt the art of eating right without worrying about weight gain or acidity.”I have noticed that my thinking and decision-making have become much clearer and more alert, while many of my friends are still struggling with weight gain and brain fog during this phase.

In just 45 days, I’m seeing real improvements in my overall health. My appetite has improved significantly — I’m now able to eat egg whites comfortably, and my stomach feels fine, which wasn’t the case earlier. I also naturally feel hungry before meals, something I didn’t experience previously.

My gut health has improved, and I can notice positive changes in my muscle strength as well. Even after a full day at the office and travelling by local train, I no longer feel exhausted like I used to. My overall energy levels are much better.

I’m also really enjoying the different flavours and textures introduced in my meal plan. The diet combinations are interesting, satisfying, and easy to follow.
