So it's been 2 and half months since I've taken this nutrition therapy consultations from you. At first i was super nervous because it was my first time I've consulted an actual dietician and not Google one, i was in doubt, is she really gonna fix me or not, I was over weight and totally empty in terms of vitamins with high cholesterol at the age of 26years.

Firstly thank you Deepika for making my second pregnancy journey easier & healthy. Deepika With your support and guidance(online & offline) i was able to get through this phase of pregnancy.Eating healthy made me feel good and stressed free.The diet helped me to maintain my weight,no nausea and a smoother pregnancy experience. I was full of energy throughout this journey and ate almost every food during this time without fear of gaining weight. I never had to think whether me and my baby are getting enough nutrition or not as you were there to take care of it.The nutrition plans were tasty as per my needs and easy to prepare.

After my c-section my recovery was super fast everyone in my family was surprised even i myself couldn’t believe how fast i recovered.My family & friends were saying I doesn’t look like i had delivered a baby. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Deepika(Dietitian and Nutritionist Ms Deepak Khera), I contacted you when I was at my lowest health-wise, as well as emotionally. My objective was to get healthy and fit and knew I had been taking my body for granted. I have always been plump and had gone to obese due to stress eating and unhealthy life style. I didn't hold much hopes about loosing weight but atleast wanted to be fit and healthy. Had been suffering from high BP, IBD, high cholesterol, hairfall skin issues etc. Once I started following your diet plan, I started feeling energetic and fresh, the lethargy had vanished and i started feeling happy, and to my surprise I started loosing weight without feeling weak. My journey from 84.5kg to 76kg.....This 8.5 kg weight loss was all thanks to Dfabu and Deepak for hand holding me through out being patient and keeping me motivated as I wade through numerous challenges and emergencies on my health and family front. Most importantly I managed to keep my weight constant and it didn't go back to the starting point. Though the aim was almost to lose double the weight, it's a good start and i am personally happy with the result as it's evident in my physical appearance as well. With a bit more focus and couple of months gap(once my kiddo starts to schooling) I will embark on the remaining part of the journey which I have in mind. Until then the aim is to manage weight, control portion size and be mindful of what you eat.
