During covid times was hoping and was trying to avoid any such mishaps; but the doctor and clinic staff (Thanks Madhuri!) were dedicated towards following all precautionary protocols that made me feel assured and safe. Besides being very good at her skill; the doctor's pleasant disposition and thorough evaluation helped in the right course of action. I had asked doctor to provide me estimates for which she said her assistant will provide. When i asked assistant she gave me verbal response. No file or no written consultation on analysis of other teeth was provided. This approach was extremely unprofessional.
Finally i had to call a day later and had to explain that I paid Rs 1700 and havent received anything- written consultation, estimates,xray copies.Upon request all the details were provided on email.
Overall unprofessional and too expensive seeing the facilities/approach.Read less
