After around 10 sessions, I could see tremendous improvement in my condition.The best part is she wouldn't compromise or rush into the treatment. She will take the required time to help you with the exercises and make you do them diligently. She is also super friendly so it's easy to communicate with her. All in all, I am glad I consulted Dr. Ruchi and highly recommend her.

I visited Dr. Ruchi for physiotherapy post ACL tear + Minuscus repair surgery for rehab. I am 38 years and used to play football and badminton casually. My target was to start sports again for which my surgeon and Dr Ruchi told recovery time would be between 6-9 months to start the sports while normal rehab would be done within 3 months.

I observed a fast recovery. One thing to note was, I was regular and didn't miss any session for 3 continous months. I have started jogging already and have been doing short sprints of running as well.

I don't feel any pair or anything missing in my recovery. Hoping to start football and badminton in next 3-4 months.

I can definitely recommend Dr Ruchi for anyone looking for recovery. Physio process is long and not like taking medicines and done.
