About the Dr.Ms.Prachi Tripathi.

Strong lady with the good amount of knowledge & experience. The exercise & the therapy given by the Dr was tremendous help in improving my condition with just the few sessions the results were amazing & improvement can be seen sessions by sessions

The best thing about her therapy was that it rekindled my self-esteem, it made each day of my life easier and easier. She made big changes happen within me, through small interventions. That's when I decided to get help and the prognosis wasn't great! I struggled with clinical depression for 18 years, and the pandemic just made it worse. My psychiatrist recommend weekly therapy sessions with Ms Prachi Tripathi. And trust me, that was the turning point of my life. While it initially felt like opening a pandora box that unleashed toxic memories, it helped me talk about my past trauma. In the next 7 months, Prachi helped me take those baby steps towards mental healing. I became a much confident person, stood up for myself, and did things that pushed me out of my comfort zone (things I couldn't even dream of doing two years back).
