Strong lady with the good amount of knowledge & experience. The exercise & the therapy given by the Dr was tremendous help in improving my condition with just the few sessions the results were amazing & improvement can be seen sessions by sessions

Overall a very good experience l would happily suggest & recommend the other for the centre reflect within.

Right from my 1st session, Prachi ma'am was successful in building a comfort zone for me, but she made sure that I don't depend on that comfort. As soon as I started following willingly, what she had to say, I realized the difference in me.

The best thing about her therapy was that it rekindled my self-esteem, it made each day of my life easier and easier. She made big changes happen within me, through small interventions. From "I don't feel like getting up today" to "I love myself", her therapy has healed me. And the healing process will be on forever, Thanks to Prachi ma'am : )

My anxiety disorder was diagnosed much earlier but I started the treatment with therapy in 2022.

I never thought I could get the closure for the issue which affected most important period of my adult life. But within 3 sessions with Prachi; I was able to find a point where I could deal with the issue and still lead a healthy normal life. I struggled with mental health almost for 12-13 years. I was lucky that I got introduced to her and we were able to find success through therapy.

Though I had come to her for a different problem she gave excellent advice on my current relationship and I found her advice very useful in improving the communication and better understanding of nature which helps me with my dealings in day to day life. Not only did she improve my personal life but gave excellent pointers for my career progression.

During the process I got to know my own personality which was subtlety affecting my interpersonal relationships with people. I am grateful to her. She is very friendly and expert in her area. I found her extremely intelligent in identifying the problems causing areas and how to resolve them. The therapy has helped me in overall personality improvement. I will continue to visit her when I need an expert and also a friendly figure when the need arises.

Seven months back, I was on the verge of a mental breakdown. My anxiety was sky high; to the extent of losing on sleep and a poor appetite. That's when I decided to get help and the prognosis wasn't great! I struggled with clinical depression for 18 years, and the pandemic just made it worse. My psychiatrist recommend weekly therapy sessions with Ms Prachi Tripathi. And trust me, that was the turning point of my life. While it initially felt like opening a pandora box that unleashed toxic memories, it helped me talk about my past trauma. In the next 7 months, Prachi helped me take those baby steps towards mental healing. I became a much confident person, stood up for myself, and did things that pushed me out of my comfort zone (things I couldn't even dream of doing two years back). It made me a better person and all credit to Prachi. Kudos for always hearing me out and challenging me to take the next leap forward. And most importantly, it changed my perspective from being a quitter to understanding that 'When the reality gets difficult to live with; you seek help'.

After going through the positive reviews and recommendations for Prachi, I ended up contacting her clinic and contrary to all these reviews here I'd a disappointing experience with her. I'm not sure if my case in particular was mishandled ** ***** ******* *** ******** ** * ****** *** ********** ********* During our sessions she would ask me to follow certain things and get back to her over texts with an update. I did exactly the same but never heard back from her. I confronted this to her over one of our sessions where she again asked me to update her over texts and this time she promised she will respond but again didn't stood by her words and I had to follow up with her for about a week. She is always inaccessible and it sort of compels me to book a session with her even when I don't need it, just to have a 2 min conversation.

- No matter how much I explain her, she will always dismiss/belittle my concerns. *** **** **** **** ** ** *** * ***** * **** ****** **** ** ***** ******* *** **** ** **** **** **** *** ***** ******* **** ** *** **** ***** * ******** **** * ****** ****** ************ ** ***. Is this why I paid so much for the sessions, only to hear this?

- I recently asked her to share my reports with me to which she responded that I'll be required to go through the diagnoses process. I was shocked to learn that she doesn't even remember that I was diagnosed by her on our very first session and that's how we planned therapies in the first place. It was really disappointing to know that my own doc doesn't remember that I was diagnosed by them and undergoing a treatment for the same.

I became anxious when I realized that my own pysch doesn't remember about my diagnosis and I made a blunder of signing up with a wrong person who just doesn't care. I felt upset and tensed and almost fainted at work and had to rush back to home. The same day I decided that am going to drop her and look for someone else and the only contact we had after this was to get my reports.

I feel guilty about burning my hard earned money and getting a mediocre and unpleasant experience in return.

Prachi, is a gem of a counsellor *** *** ** *** **** **************** ** *** ***** I had met her for my therapy sessions about a year ago, after having met a very senior professional in this field earlier. She possesses all those traits you may expect from a psychotherapist... She gets to the root cause of a problem very early in the initial discussions itself. It is very important in these kind of therapies for being a patient listener and giving due time to your patient. Lot many senior professionals in this field, either do not have time or an interest to listening to the problems a patient is going through. I personally feel, a patient approaching a counsellor must have tried his / her individual best to come up the curve, but many may not have succeeded in doing so. And, therefore, knocks the door of a therapist or a counsellor. With the experience I had gone through with Prachi, I can say without doubt, that her pleasing personality with an open mind would make anyone comfortable in the settings to share their personal emotions, pain, grief, regrets etc. Prachi scores a full, while taking you through with her sessions. She has brought me the meaning of life again!

I along with my family are indebted to her for being a saviour to our lives coming back to the cheerful days once again. Thank you Prachi. Keep doing your best as always !!! Stay Safe...

I had a lot of social anxiety and self esteem issues. Ms Prachi provided a safe space for me to grow and believe in myself. I feel a lot better in social situations now. She gave me various techniques to cope with my anxiety. It was comfortable to talk to her about my problems and difficult emotions. I would definitely recommend her.

It has only been 1 session but I feel Ms. Prachi understood the basic problem and tried to make me feel better. She made me understand some issues I'm having and gave some good advice to solve it. She listened to me very patiently and tried to give me some insight about my thoughts and actions. I'm looking forward to the follow up session and solving all my issues gradually.

My experience with Dr. Prachi has been the best till date. I have had therapies in the past but none of them could get to the bottom of my issues. The way Dr. Prachi derived to the root cause of my OCD, loneliness and depression, is what exactly I was looking for all these years. Now i feel more self-reliant and confident than before and i have successfully able to control my OCD. Highly recommending Dr. Prachi for counselling.

It was such a pleasure meeting Dr. Prachi Tripathi. I always thought no one could understand me or that I've lost the confidence to convey it in a right way but after our first session it was as if she could read my mind. Every point was explained so calmly and perfectly that I came out with a light heart and a smile on my face.
