I have been to more than 30 sessions spread over months with Dr. Monish Mehta and he has been a tremendous support in my road to recovery. I particularly liked how he understood the patient history, the injury, and had a meticulous approach to all the sessions. He was able to allay the many fears that I had and explained the process of treatment, recovery timeline, gave great recommendations on the usage of right tools and having the right form and physio exercises to push myself at home so that I can recover faster. I'm so happy that I chose to visit Physiocentrum. Within a period of 6 months with regular practise of few excerises & just 1 session of acupuncture, my pain permanently vanished. Monish believes in first indentifying the root cause of any injury/pain & then implementing the most promising treatment to it. He also will do sessions only when required and encourages patients to practice the routines at home a few times before coming back, only if needed.
