She was very very helpful with my other aches which were in addition to the treatment I had gone for and attended to all my progress overall as a complete body... really awesome experience to be in such good hands. She is striving to ensure that i regain my range of motions for my wrist, that now has a metal implant. She patiently explains all my queries about my wrist rehab. She has a very good understanding of the medical issue with my wrist and explains things to me. I wasn’t much of a believer of Physiotherapy exercises to cure muscle pain, because I have tried those before to limited success.

But Dr Karishma was really effective in helping, first, release my muscle tightness (in the right shoulder/ arm area and right knee/thigh mainly due to posture issues) and then worked with me on doing simple physio exercises everyday and explaining the core issue that needs to be addressed.

If I don’t like an exercise or felt it wasn’t helping, she is quick to change it to suit me. She is attentive and patient, adaptive, very empathetic and has helped improve my condition considerably. Thank you!
