We would like to respectfully clarify a few points. All our staff members are qualified and properly trained. Our nurses hold professional nursing degrees and also undergo multiple training programs along with a minimum period of in-house clinical training before assisting in any procedure.
All machines and equipment used at our clinic are well-maintained and USFDA-approved, and patient safety and hygiene are always our highest priorities.
We would also like to sincerely acknowledge a small inconvenience that occurred during your visit. Due to a human error, the steam machine could not start immediately, which caused a short delay. We genuinely apologized at that time as well, and we regret the inconvenience caused.
Regarding billing, we always provide bills to every patient. On that particular day, we faced a temporary internet connectivity issue, which delayed the bill generation briefly. However, we assure you that we never deny bills to any patient.
We also want to clarify that we never force or post reviews on behalf of patients. We only welcome honest feedback and respect every patient’s choice. The follow-up call made to you was purely a routine courtesy call to check on your comfort and progress after the visit, which is a part of our patient-care protocol.
