Doctor was polite and explained well about the problem. But hospital patients management is very poor even after taking appointment we had to wait for more than 40 minutes for our turn. There were number of patients attended by the doctor before us though as per schedule of appointment only one patient with appointment slot 6.45 was expected before us . Even it took long time for billing. Overall poor management of patients. We were attended by the doctor in a room different than her usual cabin and ac in that cabin was not working
