The experience with doctor was the best, he was too way friendly and explained everything in detail.

But the staff was horrible one I ever faced nothing was managed at all. I had an appointment of 2:30pm, still I had the feel of "bus stand" to get into doctor cabin.

No management skills people without appointments were also allowed to visit at the same time and even though after having the appointment I was the last one to be treated by the doctor.

I had to wait for more than 50 minutes (even after having an appointment) for my turn. I understand the life of doctors there can be emergency anytime but when the doctor is in cabin atleast the people with appointments should have been given preference rather than patients without appointments.

Dr Modi has a great approachable nature for his patients. He gets his assessment done while holding conversation with patients putting them at ease with the environment of a hospital, leaving aside all types of apprehens

He gets his assessment done while holding conversation with patients putting them at ease with the environment of a hospital, leaving aside all types of apprehension or anxiety people usually have in reserve for talking with a doctor. I would highly recommend him for all medical and surgical needs in the orthopedic department.
