when I came here I felt defeated. I had seen a dr who told me that I would just have to live with hip pain for the rest of my life and that I could never trek again on my knees. But the incredible team at the clinic gave me so much hope and helped me reduce my pain in just two weeks. I couldn't stay in Hybd for long enough to finish my treatment, but I know that I can keep going with my exercise and I'll get better. I also know that I can contact again for online sessions if I need to. I'm very grateful for all the help, the fun sessions and my overall improvement. The team at this clinic is amazing!! I first went to Dr. Tuheena to address a pinching sensation in my right shoulder that was preventing me from engaging in overhead activities. It was very reassuring to see the genuine interest and attention to detail with which Dr. Tuheena tried to diagnose my issue using questions and mobility tests. I signed up for 15 days and was treated using a variety of rehabilitation and strengthening exercises, dry meddling, ultrasonic therapy and manual techniques which were implemented in a very regimented and intentional manner in accordance with my progress. Within 10 days, I was almost completely relieved of painful symptoms and so, we spent my last 5 days strengthening the affected muscles so I could get back to the gym. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tuheena and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for treatment based on two-way communication and long-term improvements!
