And then, she listens to one's experiences with patience and kindness, and tops it off with making one understand their own thoughts, feelings, behaviours and patterns around these experiences. And the best part comes next, where she explains the psychology theory(if they want it) which helps one to see how natural all of their experiences are.

It has been 3-4 months that I started working with her and I would not change a thing. Now, I have better understanding of my life to mould it in the ways and directions I want. I had a wonderful experience at this center, it was my first counseling session, and it couldn't have been better. Ms.Nivedita ensured to make the environment comfortable right from the beginning. Sometimes, just vocalizing your thoughts can lead to further self-discovery. Please note this is not the same as talking to yourself in a room which may be helpful at times, but when you can find someone who can be your friend and truly resonate with your thoughts, it can make all the difference. Given the increasing tendency of the masses to lead a fast-paced life, it is not surprising to find many suffering from loneliness and emotional invalidation ever so often. All it takes, in most cases, is a genuine/authentic conversation with a close friend/family member. There could be phases when we may not have the privilege of having such a companion to talk to, and this is exactly when seeking therapy can be of immense help. Give it a try, and you will want to keep coming back to this. Of course, finding the right therapist is crucial, and my experience with Ms.Nivedita has been amazing! Kudos!

Ms. Nivedita is nothing but friendly and she creates a very comforting atmosphere so that you can talk about anything or open up without having any second thoughts. Throughout the sessions, she was not only understanding and also very helpful when it comes to giving suggestions on how to get better. In my experience, I would absolutely say that you could give it a shot.
