I visited Matrix hospital for my neck pain and when I had my 1st interaction with Dr.Sushmitha garu I came to know that I am in right place in perfect doctor's hand.

Dr.Sushmitha garu is a "Good listener" that made me feel incredibly comfortable. She is attentive and makes good eye contact, don't interrupt what the patient is saying and show on interest in what is being communicated from the patients.

She is amazing, Very professional and maintains her friendly attitude in communicating with patients.

Also I am a person, Never shows care/interest to go to hospital for treatment or to take medicines, but this time I went to hospital for 10 days treatment on my own, because she created an awareness and explained how to take care of tiny muscles in our regular basis , taught execercises those are really helpful and explained how to sit/adjust the chair in office for long time works without straining muscles to take good care to get rid of such problems going forward. Trust me I got habituated and following her words daily. It's her treatment mark :)

I never seen a doctor like her where she treated/helped me for my neck pain in a such way that she became a most memorable person with her gentle, honest and caring nature.
