I attended the clinic with my dad. I am 23 years old. I was feeling strange in myself for past few years. Initially it started with anxiety then suspicions towards family members, friends and college. I started becoming isolated. I was missing my college and failing my exams. My parents didn’t realise that I was struggling with mental health issues. I myself didn’t know what was happening to me. Scared of everything around me like talking to outsider, going out in the gathering visiting market places and even scared of height like staying on higher floors of a building etc...

I have been a very active person even up to few years back but lately was scared to travel by air.

So much so it was difficult for me to even read news paper or watch TV.

However with your medication and counseling session improved a lot.

My mental state is a good as it used to be before.No longer scared of meeting people or going to crowded places. Reading newspaper and books, watching movies or TV etc...is quite interesting now.

My fear of height has improved tremendously no longer scared as before of late have done a number of domestic air Trips.

About four months back travelled by air to international destinations absolutely without any problem.

Overall, I feel I'm almost back to normal.
