You had come to us for an evaluation of the fetal brain which showed “ borderline Vemtriculomegally” measuring 10.2 mm when the upper limit of normal is 10 - you and your family were counselled in detail about the possibility that this is a non specific finding but uncertainties exist as it may also progress and there maybe associated infection/ chromosomal problems - you were undecided about tests and you left after taking the report . Thereafter you returned after taking multiple opinions of family and friends and decided to go ahead with the tests - the purpose of the test was to ensure there is no associated problems and in that case the situation might actually improve which it did - so I would recommend you donot use words like “ wrong report” - if you want we can publish the report we issued here along with the images - our work plan and counselling details which I have withheld due to patient confidentiality- we scan meticulously and take a lot of time counselling you with the aim to help you understand what is the situation not to confuse you or misguide you

At the outset thankyou for your feedback as it alerts us towards dissatisfactory communications. Nevertheless I distinctly remember you came with an external scan report and an MRI which had conflicting reports. We offered to scan your fetus and give a definitive answer which you declined. Further your Quadruple test reports had no risk assessment graphs so we suggested you collect more details on your previous investigations and then come back for a detailed review ..... we had mentioned that within 7 days a review consultation is free of cost. I have a copy of the consultation sheet in our records here ....... I am surprised that you felt we didn't offer you any " resolution " as such. I hope you got the details sorted out and found the right direction in your pregnancy. God bless you
