We were visiting a renowned hospital in Gurgaon since my wife was 3 months pregnant but we were not satisfied with the Hospital, fortunately I get recommendation from my cousin of W Pratiksha Hospital so we switched to it that time my wife was 36 week pregnant her hemoglobin level was very low and we were very concerned of her health and baby. We met Dr. Chandan Kachru there and from very first visit we were pleased with the behaviour and the way she look after my wife. Dr. show her concern about the low hemoglobin and the normal delivery we stick to her advice. we visited her two weeks continuosly and and and in third week my wife gone into her labour and admitted to hospital at night in emergency. Dr chandan was so generous she was continuously asking the condition from on duty doctor at emergency and next day in morning she visited and make sure everything will be fine after 24 hrs since she got admitted dr. chandan came by again for pay random visit but she decided that its the time and take my wife to O.T as there was some complications just before and mentioned it has to be a c section delivery but she also confirmed me that they will try till the end for normal way. after 20 minutes another dr. came out from O.T and called me from my room and declared that its a BOY, and after another 1 hour Dr kachru came out from OT and said the golden words to me... it was a normal delivery. I was very happy to hear that my wife and the baby both were safe and healthy. All credit goes to the Dr. Kachru and Dr. sunita and all the hospital staff who were there and so helpful during all this. I give Five stars recommendation to the Doctor and the hospital.

I initially got in touch with Dr. Kachru for extremely low AMH count. We had completely lost hope of conceiving normally after meeting some of the doctors at Fortis. For a hospital like Fortis we were nothing but a motivenof achieving sales target who pitched IVF on day 1 itself. However, Dr Kachru at W Pratiksha treated us like family. She made us feel so comfortable and so relaxed. She is the most positive doctor I have ever come across. She literally made us believe that low AMH is not that big a problem and gave us not only hope but boosted our confidence as well. She never gave any unnecessary medicines or tests. Miracle happened, we conceived normally and again it was Dr. Kachru who, till the last minute, pushed us for a normal delivery. Thanks to her support and continuos guidance we were able to make through this journey. We recommend her more than 100%. She treats her patients like normal humans and not just some way to achieve some sales target. I can't thank her enough. So anyone facing any fertily issue or pregnancy related issue must visit her.
