Its been a month and I already lost 6 kgs by just following the diet chart prepared by Dr Parul Bhardwaj..she is very well experienced and very friendly. Her diet chart is easy to follow and simple. Every week she keep changing my diet chart so that it doesn't seems boring. Also she never suggested me to stop consuming sugar instead asked me to have 1 tablespoon sugar in a day which is quite practical.

I was so much worried about my health and further life because I am just 35 years old. I approached to Dr. Parul for diet plan and she suggested me such a easily cooking diet plan which I feel everyone can have it. In between she also prescribed me few cheatdays and I enjoyed everything on my choice. When I was out of station for 10 days then I also haved it on my choice. Weight loss journey was truly fantastic under marvelous guidance of Parul ma'am. Along with diet plan I use to workout 40-60 minutes in a day. Now my weight has been reduced from 80 kg to 69 kg in just three months and blood sugar level is also maintained. I am truly thankful to Dr. Parul to reform me. Thank you so much indeed. Read less
