I have never came across any such doctor in my entire life.I believe it’s not important for doctor to be friendly rather she/he should make their patient feel comfortable and confident and should reply all their patients queries nicely and calmly. I called them earlier today and asked for an appointment and suitable time to visit ,the lady at the helm was a confused lot, first she said come at 7:30 but then she said come at 8 o'clock.I asked her what is waiting time and exact appointment time,but she said come at 8 o'clock.When I insisted to give me some timeframe since I was going to visit for my elderly mother above 70 and she said I will make sure that she 'd be seen on time.I went at the clinic at 8 0'clock with my mother ,the lady there said doctor left at 7:30. I was utterly disappointed cos of unprofessional behaviour of staff there.I asked her she should have informed if doctor is going early.She started making excuses like there was something urgent so doctor has to go early.I hope some day the doctor will see the rude behaviour of his staff and things be managed professionally. :(Read less
