He holds the Diploma in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (DO-HNS) from the Royal College of Surgeons, UK, is a Fellow of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (FEBORL) and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Dr. Ramani commenced his career with the Sanjay Gandhi Post-graduate Institute as a Senior Resident after which he was an Assistant Professor at the well-known B J Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. Subsequently, he relocated to the UAE, where he spent over a decade working as a Specialist Otolaryngologist first, at Al Rafa Poly Clinic and then at the Aster Jubilee Medical Complex, a branch of D M Healthcare LLC.
Dr. Ramani is keenly interested in various ENT surgery subspecialties, including functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), paediatric Tonsillo-Adenoidectomy, microscopic ear surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, and microscopic laryngeal surgery.
