I am a patient of Dr. Seema. I have completed my 100 sessions recently. When I had started my sessions with doctor, I didn't know anything about the psychology and how it works. I was much confused, stressed, unsatisfied and unhappy in my day to day life. I had no hope for life, I was living only to fulfill my responsibilities. I had very rigid patterns of behaviour, I was always depressed and in anxiety. I had many fears, that time these fears were my life, some people made me so for their personal benifits. It was my world of that time, I thought it as a reality because my subconscious mind internalised all the negative and bad behaviour of other people towards me.

In starting of my sessions, I had trust only on God and on the doctor. She removed my baseless fears slowly slowly. I could talk to her about my personal thoughts, first time in my life someone told me that I was right. I gained my confidence back because of doctor. Before starting the sessions, I had many physical issues with the psychological issues, some were big and some were small, but these are also cured with my psychological issues. Now I feel more confident, satisfied, peaceful and relaxed. It is all because of doctor. She talks sweetly.

Now I am going towards my growth and development, doctor told me to do growth without the fear of any failure. Now I have started to do my study again after too many years. Now I can do what I want to do, it is a real magic in my life. Sometimes I wonder that it is real or my illusion but it is real. It is as my dreams come true, my life has changed fully. Now I can take decisions of my choices which are in favour of me and in favour of my loved ones. Most of the circumstances and people around me are same but I have changed now. Now I am confident, strong, and hopeful. I can talk to doctor on any topic, she is always ready to help me. Sometimes I think that God has sent her in my life. Thanks to God and thanks to Dr. Seema for making my life beautiful.
