I am writing to extend my deepest gratitude for the exemplary care Dr. Mathur provided during my TAVI procedure during June 22-25, 2025. I reached home comfortably around 5 p.m. on June 25, 2025 and, to my family’s relief and joy, was able to walk up the stairs—albeit with planned pauses every three steps—without any discomfort.

His skilled hands, calm demeanor, and reassuring presence made all the difference. I experienced no pain at any stage, which is a testament to his clinical excellence and thoughtful approach. I also deeply appreciate the time he took to answer my concerns with patience and clarity.

A special word of thanks to his wonderful support team, particularly Ms. Vibhuti and Ms. Reena, whose warmth, efficiency, and encouragement made the entire experience seamless and comforting.

I had to wait for 2 hours before doctor finally decided to attend me. The moment I reached, doctor got a phone call where he mentioned that he would be there in 2 minutes to cut the cake. Without even asking me the issue

I had to wait for 2 hours before doctor finally decided to attend me. The moment I reached, doctor got a phone call where he mentioned that he would be there in 2 minutes to cut the cake. Without even asking me the issue, duration and to know anything about my problem, he wrote 4 tests to be done and asked me to see him after those tests. Totally he was in a hurry and decided to see me just for the sake of it. Additionally if you are going to fortis to visit him, make sure to pay 1700 instead of 1500 as they charge 200 as registration charges. I will not recommend any visitation to him, and there is no point of booking appointment through practo because you will have to wait like others are waiting for opd.
