She obtained her MBBS from Govt. Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai, and completed her postgraduate training at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi. Dr. Akanksha completed her three-year senior residency at LNJP Hospital, associated with Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. Dr. Akanksha completed her Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine from Max Superspeciality Hospital, New Delhi. Dr. Akanksha has worked as a Consultant at Rainbow Madhukar Children's Hospital and Elantis Hospital, New Delhi, and also served as a research scientist at the Indian Council of Medical Research.
