Doctor wasn't available. Interestingly, the hospital (Max) also collected the payment and wasn't aware that the doctor isn't available. I was informed about his unavailability after sitting outside his clinic for over 30

I was informed about his unavailability after sitting outside his clinic for over 30min. While the hospital refunded the amount, it was a bad experience and I'll not recommend him to anyone.
