See as far as eular and ACR guidelines are concerned and as per standard textbooks reference there is no much literature on probiotics and AS. There is definitely gut dysbiosis leading to AS as one of pathogenesis. As per treatment of AS is concerned it’s about pain management NSAIDs and physiotherapy and then Biological treatment that has shown benefit. With available literature we can’t say effect of drinking probiotics on AS.
