Hello Doctor.  I am having slightly pain at right shoulder of my back , I have gone recently gone - X RAY D Spine AP & Lateral View test in which it stated" 1- A Suspicious opacity is seen in the posterior mediastinum area. 2- Plueral thickening is seen Please suggest what does it mean sir/madam. Regards, Chaithan
