In x ray report , there is impression i.e " few basal reticulations and infiltrates in bilateral lung filed".what does it mean.any issue? Patient does not have any symptoms of illness..
Reticulations are seen on X ray of chronic lung damage with particular types of disease. Infiltrates are usually seen in lung infection.
Patient's symptoms, clinical status, history and also blood reports are important to evaluate further.
