Wound on lips for 20 days

I am 44 years old male. Around 20 days back I removed the dry skin from my lower lips and this opened the soft tissue of my lips which is not healing. I am using Vaseline and Boroline on the affected area. Sometimes it also bleeds. I am also having dry mouth and bleeding Gums. Please suggest some remedy. Thank you in advance.
