Wound not healing

Gd evening docs My c section was performed on 5 feb 2020. and stitches has been removed on 15 feb . But one stitches was infected and it became red and found yellowish pus in that wound. And till now my wound has not been healed. My gynaec have changed medicine 3 times till now. She first prescribed chymoflam and zerodol sp then sensiclav625 and zerodol and now prescribed zithrox 500 1/2 tab twice for 10 days with zerodol sp. And one oitment enzomac IP was prescribed . Its now 6 days passed to use these medicine but wound not become drying . Verry little quantity of blood and waterish is found while cleaning it with wipe. Can you please now suggest higher antibiotics if i need or anyother oitment. I have no other issue all reports are ok. I am attaching of infected area.. Also i feel pain in above lining area.
