HELLO CLEAN UP THE WOUND WITH BETADINE SOLUTION AS IT IS RED NO H2 O2 IS REQUIRED. AFTER THAT PUT SOME BETADINE OINTMENT AND FUCIDIN OINTMENT IN 1:1RATIO. PUT GAUGE PIECE WRAPPED IN COTTON WOOL AND FIX IT WITH MICROPORE. TABLET AZITHROMYCIN 500 ONE PER DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS TABLET SIGMOFLAM TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. DRESS  AFTER BATH EVERY DAY. O.K, BYE.
