I'm a 27 year old female I've had a total of 450 ear infections (that number is accurate I've kept a record of it since I was 10 due to the infections and surgeries on my ears in the very early years of my life) I've had tubes 12 times in my left ear and 14 times in my right. I had a mastoidectomy and reconstruction of my right ear at age 17. My ear drums (both) have ruptured 5 times in the past 3 years.. I've had a very consistent ear infection for almost 2 years I've been on every antibiotic t

You seem to suffering from chronic middle ear infection since your childhood. You have to understand that for normal middle ear functions the ventilation tube known as eustachian tube function should be normal. In some individuals eustachian tube is dysfunctional since childhood leading to repeated middle ear infections. It is a difficult condition to treat. There are few surgeons who perform eustachian tube surgery. You need to find out some one who does that
Next Steps
Consult experienced ear surgeon for more information about the condition and appropriate treatment if required
