  4. Worms related. Platlates also fluctuate?

First I suffered by typhoid in Oct 2018 then I cured but sometimes only platlates fluctuation. We see and pain in belly,  tiredness...i went to hametoloist so Dr has given Alalbendazole tab one tab/week for 2 weeks,..i feel relax for that but I want know that in worms platlates also fluctuate? My platlates was last 1.24 lacs
