I am given my child bandy plus..1 hrs ago..he is 2.9 years old..full bottle of bandy plus given 10 ml..he is now suffer mild fever

That's not because of bandy. Probably he is already suffering from some infection and you gave bandy incidentally during this period. Please consult your pediatrician for examination of your child.
