Can I give albendazole 200mg for 9 months baby. I attached screenshot of previous question raised. Kindly assist on this.

Tretment before 1 yr  is not common . I have treated with half bottle200 mg. There are hardly any side effects noticed. Either you wait till baby is 1yr or treat it.  It is your choice . You are almost sure of worms.  Itching at anus can be  seen and even pin worms noticed under torch light. You can opt for enema with glucose 5%. Worms come out. Ofcourse I have used with higher concentration in a bigger child.

Ideally albendazole started after 1 year .dose syp form 200 mg whole bottle between 1to 2 year
