Wondering if I should do to the ER

Woke up this am ok...one eye felt a little odd,...but went away...couple hours later my vision was a weid type of blurry and kinda went away....then a bit after my right side of my face and right hand and tongue went numb...what is wrong...idw to go in if it was nothing...now I just have a headache on 1 side...the left side
