Recently I have been feeling incredibly fatigued during the day (my lower eyelid had also been twitching), despite efforts to get about 9 hours each night. I have also had a slight headache during days. Also have been menstruating heavily for 9 days now, despite taking a bath controlling pill. Additionally, have been feeling quite down and saddened. Lastly have been feeling bloated and a bit constipated. Just wondering if these symptoms were linked and if they were serious or not. Thanks
