If i take medicine at night nd after taking medicine we done sex in night nd sperm was released inside me then i became pregnant or not

If you have done intercourse in fertile dates( From approximately 10 th to 15 th day from your first day of menses)  and if sperm counts and quality are nirmal then you may become pregnant
