Actually I am taking sertraline 200 mg from 5 months and  I didn't taken the tablets  from 2 days because my parents were not allowing to take the medication and now I am suffering from withdrawal symptoms, can I continue the medication ,The medication will work or not?

Hello as you mentioned it is likely that you're  experiencing serotonin withdrawal. Are you experiencing fever / palpitation / restlessness We now need to uptitrate sertraline gradually and  can also add some medicine for immediate relief , prescription for which could be difficult to give without due assessment.

200mg is a high dose. You may start with a lower dose and gradually build over few days in consultation with a Psychiatrist. The medication will work.
