Hello. First and formeost thank you for any help. I am currently on Clonazepam 0.5 x2 daily. I get this refill once a month, but have to see my physician to get a written slip. Long story short, my clinic didnt tell me i had to pay twice as much as i usually do for my appt, and i didnt have the $$. Therefore, my prescription could not be filled as on time. I am rescheduled for 5 days later. Can they legally withhold my medication from me until i go to my next appt or pay them as necessary?
